Market Trend: Greenville/Spartanburg’s Office Vacancy Decreases to 10.0%
The Greenville / Spartanburg Office market ended the first quarter 2012 with a vacancy rate of 10.0%.
The vacancy rate was down over the previous quarter, with net absorption totaling positive 219,027 square feet in the first quarter. Vacant sublease space remained unchanged in the quarter, ending at 42,949 square feet.
