Lee & Associates Completes Leasing Transaction with Subway in New Pelham Road Retail Center

Lee & Associates Greenville’s Randall Bentley and Deanna Hudgens recently completed a lease transaction representing the landlord in a deal with Subway.

GREENVILLE, South Carolina — October 14th, 2016 Subway is the first tenant to lease space at the 7,085 square-foot retail center, Shoppes at Littlejohn. The sandwich chain will occupy a 1,504 square-foot space, according to leasing broker Randall Bentley, leaving three suites available at the newly announced venture.
Located right off of I-85 at the intersection of Pelham Road and Littlejohn Glen Court, the center is situated amid a dense office and industrial community. Within a 1 mile radius of Shoppes at Littlejohn there are over 10,000 daytime employees, more than tripling the population in this area during work hours.
“It is important to create a strong tenant mix that will support the overall vibrancy of the center as well as those that live and work in the area.  Our top priority is to identify the retail needs of the community and present those opportunities to complementary retailers.  We are pleased to begin with a strong traffic generator such as Subway and look forward to a fully operating center.” said Deanna Hudgens.
Shoppes at Littlejohn is located at 5151 Pelham Road. The highly anticipated retail center is slated to open April of 2017.
